We are pleased to present the 4th Edition of the Contract Reference Guide. This edition of the Guide includes updates from prior editions, and several new sections. The Guide has been updated and produced through a co-authorship between Terra Insurance Company and the Geoprofessional Business Association (GBA), and authored by John Bachner. While the Guide is a useful tool in contract education, negotiation and strategy, it is not a substitute for legal advice.
