Terra offers five types of coverage.
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage deals with claims emanating from nonenvironmental professional services.
Environmental Liability Insurance Coverage responds to claims arising from environmental professional services. (In essence, this coverage is Terra's Professional Liability Insurance Coverage with the environmental liability exclusion removed.)
Active Construction Management Insurance Coverage ("ACM") is designed for firms that become "de-facto" contractors by actively and contractually managing a contractor, or set of contractors, for an environmental remediation.
Engineer-Led Design Build ("DB") Insurance Coverage is similar to ACM, providing coverage for nonenvironmental exposures where the policyholder actively and contractually manages contractors. This coverage is geared primarily to geotechnical design/build projects.
Toxic Mold/Biological Pollutants ("TMBP") Insurance Coverage responds to liability emanating from professional services relating to the investigation, assessment, and remediation of TMBP conditions.
