Terra offers five types of coverage.
Professional-Liability Insurance Coverage deals with claims emanating from nonenvironmental professional services.
Environmental-Liability Insurance Coverage responds to claims arising from environmental professional services. (In essence, this coverage is Terra's Professional Liability Insurance Coverage with the environmental liability exclusion removed.)
Active Construction-Management Insurance Coverage ("ACM") is designed for firms that become "de-facto" contractors by actively and contractually managing a contractor, or set of contractors, for an environmental remediation.
Engineer-Led Design-Build Insurance Coverage ("DB") is similar to ACM, providing coverage for nonenvironmental exposures where the policyholder actively and contractually manages contractors. This coverage is geared primarily to geotechnical design/build projects.
Toxic Mold/Biological Pollutants Insurance Coverage ("TMBP") responds to liability emanating from professional services relating to the investigation, assessment, and remediation of TMBP conditions.
